1. Who We Are
Tashtibat ("we", "our", or "us") is an Egyptian e-commerce marketplace for construction, electrical, and finishing materials, operated by the Tashtibat team. You can reach us at info@tashtibateg.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information when you use the Tashtibat app:
- Account data: name, email address, and optionally a phone number when you register.
- Address data: delivery addresses you save (city, street, district).
- Order data: products ordered, quantities, and order status.
- Device data: iOS version and device model (collected automatically for crash diagnostics).
We do not collect payment card data — all cash payments are handled at delivery. We do not track your precise location in the background.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Process and deliver your orders.
- Send transactional emails (order confirmation, password reset) via SendGrid.
- Respond to support requests sent to our email.
- Improve the app experience based on aggregate, anonymous usage patterns.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for advertising.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers (NeonDB PostgreSQL, hosted in EU/US). Authentication tokens are stored in your device's Secure Enclave (iOS Keychain). We use HTTPS for all data in transit.
5. Third-Party Services
- SendGrid — transactional email delivery (password reset, order notifications).
- Cloudflare R2 — product image storage.
- Apple MapKit — address map picker inside the app (no data is sent to us from MapKit).
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order records are kept for 7 years to comply with Egyptian commercial record-keeping requirements. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
7. Your Rights
- Access: request a copy of your personal data.
- Correction: update your name, email, or address in-app at any time.
- Deletion: delete your account directly from the app (Profile → Delete Account). Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
- Portability: request an export of your data by emailing us.
8. Children's Privacy
Tashtibat is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to have it removed.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

٢. المعلومات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف (اختياري) عند التسجيل.
- بيانات العنوان: عناوين التوصيل التي تحفظها (المدينة، الشارع، الحي).
- بيانات الطلبات: المنتجات المطلوبة والكميات وحالة الطلب.
- بيانات الجهاز: إصدار iOS وطراز الجهاز لأغراض تشخيص الأعطال.
لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات الدفع — جميع المدفوعات نقدية عند الاستلام. ولا نتتبع موقعك الجغرافي في الخلفية.
٣. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
- معالجة طلباتك وتوصيلها.
- إرسال رسائل البريد الإلكتروني التشغيلية (تأكيد الطلب، إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور).
- الرد على طلبات الدعم.
- تحسين تجربة التطبيق بناءً على أنماط الاستخدام المجمعة والمجهولة.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأطراف ثالثة ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
٤. تخزين البيانات وأمنها
تُخزَّن بياناتك على خوادم سحابية آمنة. تُحفظ رموز المصادقة في Keychain الآمن بجهازك iOS. نستخدم HTTPS لجميع البيانات المنقولة.
٥. خدمات الطرف الثالث
- SendGrid — توصيل البريد الإلكتروني التشغيلي.
- Cloudflare R2 — تخزين صور المنتجات.
- Apple MapKit — اختيار العنوان على الخريطة داخل التطبيق.
٦. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط. تُحفظ سجلات الطلبات 7 سنوات امتثالًا لمتطلبات السجلات التجارية المصرية. عند حذف حسابك، تُحذف جميع البيانات الشخصية خلال 30 يومًا.
٧. حقوقك
- الوصول: طلب نسخة من بياناتك الشخصية.
- التصحيح: تحديث اسمك أو بريدك أو عنوانك داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.
- الحذف: احذف حسابك مباشرةً من التطبيق (الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب). ستُحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يومًا.
- النقل: طلب تصدير بياناتك عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
٨. خصوصية الأطفال
تشطيبات ليست موجهة للأطفال دون 13 عامًا. إذا اعتقدت أن طفلًا قدّم لنا معلومات شخصية، تواصل معنا لحذفها.
٩. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر. سنخطرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية بتحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه.
